ULTIMATE GUIDE TO THE BEAUTIFUL CITY OF LONDON, ENGLAND
Our first country in Europe was the United Kingdom where we stayed in London for four nights. This city is so beautiful and full of history. We visited London July, 2019 and we would highly recommend going here at this time of year because the weather was absolutely AMAZING (which the locals say never happens!) .
The transportation in London is brilliant and not too expensive. We were able to get from the airport (Gatwick) to our AirBnB within just half an hour. We were amazed with all of the phone booths, old architecture, and double decker buses right off the bat.

PLANNING A TRIP TO LONDON ON A BUDGET:
Sticking to a budget in London was pretty hard to do when you figure in accommodation, food and tours. There are not many hotels or AirBnB’s that cost under $100 a night, especially in the heart of the city. We ended up staying near the city but in an up and coming district called Brixton. Getting to the heart of the city from here was really easy and we got to ride their metro system which is also reasonable. Since we did have to spend more for accomodation in this city we figured we would explore all of the free sights to see (there are so many!!).
